Cobalt-based immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) resins offer greater specificity and therefore enhanced selectivity for polyhistidine-tagged proteins under both native and denaturing conditions, compared to Ni-NTA media.

The ProteIndex™ IMAC family products are ideal for applications that require high purity, high yield, simplified workflow, and the use of a wide range of chemicals and agents. Owing to minimal metal ion leakage, our NTA functionalized resins can be reused up to 8 times under recommended purification conditions.
