Dynamic binding capacity of a HIC medium depends on factors such as protein properties, salt type and concentration, presence of detergents, flow rate, temperature, and pH, but also on the properties of the medium. The base matrix of Marvelgent ProteIndex™ is highly cross-linked agarose, providing high efficiency and super physical and chemical stability for both lab scale and processing scale applications.
