PROTEINDEX™ Ni-IDA Agarose 6FF is designed mainly for scaling up purification of histidine-tagged proteins that are expressed in various hosts, such as E.coli, yeast, insect cells, and mammalian cells.
Highly cross-linked 6% agarose as the base matrix support offers excellent mechanical stability for centrifugation, and automated, scale up purification of histidine-tagged proteins.
